We are proudly an Un/Traditional Afternoon Tea restaurant located in the charming Northern California coastal town of Half Moon Bay.

We make almost every bite from scratch (everything except the strawberry preserves, but soon that will be homemade, too!), including our signature soft scones which are made personally by the owner every single morning. You’ll find some traditional menu offerings that you might expect from a tea house, and then there will be some surprises!

And although the restaurant is in a 1903 house-turned-restaurant, you’ll not only see Victorian decor, we hope you enjoy the pieces from other eras (for example, we love Art Deco!).

Our greatest wish is for you to feel SPECIAL when you dine By the Teashore!
